Boston fern
Very common and extremely attractive, you may want to grow them in hanging pots indoors. For, this variety of fern actually cleans up the air with great vigour. Look after them well as they need a certain amount of care. Mist them frequently and do not forget to water them. They grow well in shady nooks but not completely dark corners.
Maintaining indoor plants is easy if you learn the right way to do it. East and west facing windows are usually ideal. Watch the leaves and stems for any sign of illness. Smaller leaves mean that the plant needs to move to a sunnier location. Empty the water from the pot plates to avoid breeding of mosquitoes. Occasionally, hose them gently with the vacuum cleaner to drive away any critters. Smaller plants can be washed under the tap occasionally.
